What is Bike Valet?
Bike Valet is a secure, free-to-use bicycle parking service provided at public events. Similar to a coat check, this service allows cyclists to leave their bikes in a monitored area and enjoy the event worry-free. It’s a great way to support active transportation and reduce traffic congestion around your venue.
How it Works
Upon arrival, each cyclist receives a numbered ticket, and their bike is tagged with the matching number.
Contact info is collected to ensure accurate returns.
Only trained Bike Valet staff are allowed in the parking zone—cyclists wait outside while staff retrieve their bikes.
How to Add Bike Valet to Your Event
Organizers can request Bike Valet by filling out our simple application form. A team member will follow up to confirm the details and tailor the service to your event’s needs.

Fee Structure

Full Service Includes: Two trained volunteers for the full event duration, a dedicated Primary Coordinator, coordination with the City for equipment delivery and pickup.
Adaptable Model: If your event has volunteers available, we can provide oversight only for the partial service flat fee—sending a Primary Coordinator to handle logistics, deliver equipment, provide soft training, and supply the Bike Valet Kit and setup materials.
This service complies with the City of London’s special events policy requiring bike valet for events with over 2,000 attendees/day.
